At Liquitex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
